Standard shipping for orders is United States Postal Service Priority Mail.  Please refer to their website for particulars on whichever option you choose.

Snoedel, Inc. respects your privacy, and we want your shopping experience with us to be fun and enjoyable!  Therefore, we will never sell or solicit any information you give us to a third party.  All online orders are processed through our secure shopping cart!  We use the information you give us strictly to provide service to you and and to provide you with quality service you deserve. Phone numbers and email addresses are requested during checkout and will be used only in the event we need to contact you about your order. If your home phone is “unlisted” and you choose not to relay that information to us then please leave us an alternate phone number in the event we have to contact you about your order.

You will not receive continual email solicitation from Snoedel, unless you have signed up to receive our promotion offers using the sign up form located on our web site.  And, if you agree to receive these emails a simple unsubscribe option is available at the bottom of each email.

Returns & Replacements

Snoedel products are of the highest quality possible. All our products are hand made. Therefore, small variations may occur and are proof that you have a product, which really is handmade in the USA.
All our raw materials are carefully selected and constantly quality controlled. Please keep in mind, that all Snoedel products become a very personal item. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with our product, but it has not been used, please return it in it’s original packaging and receive a refund less shipping or exchange according to your preference. Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept return of used items.   In the case of a cancellation:  If a cancellation of an order is made prior to being shipped for receipt, there will be a full refund issued.  If an order has been shipped & the delivery is refused, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost and will receive a refund less the shipping and handling fee.
