And when we were travelling to Guatemala to first meet our daughter, I thought to order one and sleep with it there to leave with her when we couldn't be there. She was 4 months then and loved it immediately. On our 3rd trip, when we could finally bring her home, Snoedel looked pretty raggedy. Her foster family didn't want to wash it, after I explained what it was and why I was leaving it for her. We retired that Snoedel shortly after arriving home...to the memory box. We are now on number 5...I have several so I can swap out when "Noodle" requires a bath! Isabella is 3 1/2 now and has slept with Snoedel every nap and nighttime since we first met. She wouldn't think of sleeping without it. It has travelled the world with us, and is always the first thing she grabs for comfort. SO grateful for our sweet pink Snoedels.
